About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI team and help design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that solve real-world business challenges. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-powered applications.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning and AI solutions for production environments.
- Build and optimize applications powered by large language models (LLMs).
- Fine-tune and evaluate AI models for specific business use cases.
- Develop data pipelines for training and inference workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure AI systems meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on machine learning or AI development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
